Press release on air disaster of FlyDubai Flight FZ981

Air Crash Victims’ Families’ Federation International established in Spain July 7, 2015 No 608100 and recognized as “observer” by ICAO February, 29, would like to convey, in the face of air disaster of Flight FZ981 FlyDubai Boeing 737-800, near Rostow Airport, South of Russia:

  1. Our condolences, solidarity and support with families of 62 victims. We are at their disposition for all the guidance they may need, from this very moment onwards.
  2. We request Dubai and Russian Government to follow the Doc 9998 Policy on Assistance of Air Accident Victims and their Families. Relevant national Authorities should undertake all possible steps to relieve suffering of families.
  3.  ACVFFI urges ICAO Representatives to provide assistance which was learned after other accidents.
  4. Specially, ACVFFI asks for Civil Aviation Authorities of governments of Dubai and Russia investigate cause of disaster following Standards and Recommended Practices of Annex 13 of ICAO. In addition, we hope they release results of clear investigation.

ACVFFI unifies commercial aviation victims of everywhere in order to improve the common management of air disaster. Ultimately, they aim on improving victims assistance and their families, passenger rights, accident investigation and air safety.
